Steps to Add Video in PowerPoint

• Step 1: Click New Slide. A rectangle will appear on the slide.

• Step 2: Click the Insert Video icon. You will see three options:

Option 1: Insert Video from a File

• Step 1: Click Browse and find the video file on your computer, then click Insert.
• Step 2: Adjust the video to fit your presentation and preview the result.

Option 2: Insert Video from YouTube

• Step 1: Enter the title of the video, select the video you want, then click Insert.
• Step 2: Adjust the video position and size, then preview the result.
