Steps to auto Reframe video in Premiere Pro

• Step 1: Open your project in Premiere Pro, then import the video you want to reframe. (Example shown in the video.)
• Step 2: In the Project panel, click on the Sequence file you want to reframe, then choose Auto Reframe Sequence.
• Step 3: In the dialog box, choose your desired aspect ratio in the second dropdown (e.g., Square, Vertical).
  Then choose a tracking style in the third dropdown.
  Click Create, and Premiere will automatically reframe the video based on your selections.

Result: The video will be converted into a new frame size with the subject automatically kept in focus, ready for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts.

Tip: You can manually adjust keyframes after auto reframing if the subject isn’t perfectly centered throughout.
