Steps to change signature on Outlook

• Step 1: Open Outlook, then click the gear icon at the top right corner to open Settings.
• Step 2: Under Accounts, click Signatures → scroll to the bottom → you can edit an existing signature or click New Signature to create a new one.
• Step 3: Once finished, click Save → scroll down → change the default signatures setting to your new one.

Result: Your new or updated signature will now be automatically applied to new emails and replies in Outlook, streamlining your communication.
