Dynamic lighting in Windows allows users and app developers to control and synchronize lighting effects across compatible peripherals like keyboards, mice, and other illuminated accessories

• Step 1: Click the Windows button and open Settings.
• Step 2: In the left sidebar, go to Personalization, then select Dynamic Lighting.
• Step 3: Turn on the toggle for "Use Dynamic Lighting on my device".
• Step 4: Connect your computer to a compatible LED device using a USB cable.
• Step 5: While still on the Dynamic Lighting settings page, scroll to and click on Effects to customize the lighting.
