Steps to create breakout rooms in Zoom

• Step 1: Click Settings.
• Step 2: Go to In Meeting (Advanced).
• Step 3: Make sure Breakout Room is enabled, then check the box for Broadcast voice to breakout rooms.
• Step 4: Also check Allow host to view all breakout rooms, then click Save.
• Step 5: During the meeting, click Breakout Rooms, choose the number of rooms, then click Create.
• Step 6: Adjust the room settings as needed, then click Open All Rooms to begin.

Result: Breakout Rooms will be activated with your customized settings, allowing participants to join smaller, focused group discussions while the host maintains full oversight and communication capabilities.

Tip: Use the broadcast feature to give announcements to all rooms without needing to join them individually.
