Steps to crop an image in PowerPoint

• Step 1: Click Format on the toolbar.
• Step 2: Click the Crop option and adjust the image to the size you want, then click Crop again to see the result.
• Step 3: If you want to make further edits, click the image, select Crop, make the adjustments, and move the image to your desired position.

Tip: You can hold Shift while cropping to maintain the image’s aspect ratio.
