Loading suggested videos
Step 1: Select the entire range of data, then go to Data and choose Create a filter.
Step 2: Click the small filter icon (▼) in the column header, then select Clear.
Step 3: Choose Blanks, then click OK. Only blank rows will now be visible.
Select all the visible blank rows, right-click, and choose Delete selected rows.
Step 4: To bring back the rows with data, go to Data and click Remove filter.
Result: All empty rows will be permanently removed, and your remaining data will be displayed clearly without gaps.
Tip: Before filtering, make sure there are no hidden values (like spaces) in the supposedly blank rows.
