Steps to find and replace in Google Sheets

Step 1: Click on the spreadsheet, then use the keyboard shortcut CTRL + F, type the word you want to search for, and view the results
Step 2: If you want to replace text, click the three dots in Replace, enter the word you want to find and the word to replace it with, then click Done

Tip: Use CTRL + H as a shortcut to directly open the Find and Replace dialog for faster editing.
