Steps to fix google drive quota exceeded

Step 1: Click the Google Drive icon and go to My Drive.
Step 2: Click Add shortcut here and wait briefly to bypass the quota issue.
Step 3: Copy the file link and paste it into your browser’s address bar.
Step 4: Click on the file in Google Drive, then choose Download.

Result: The file will begin downloading to your device. When prompted, click Save as to choose the location and save the file.
