Steps to Freeze Multiple Rows in Excel

• Step 1: Select the row just below the last one you want to freeze.
  For example, if you want to freeze the first 3 rows, click on row 4 by selecting its row number on the left.
• Step 2: Go to the View tab in the ribbon.
• Step 3: In the Window group, click Freeze Panes.
• Step 4: From the dropdown menu, choose Freeze Panes (not Freeze Top Row).

Result: Rows 1, 2, and 3 will now stay visible as you scroll down through your sheet.

Tip: This method also works for freezing both rows and columns—just select the cell below and to the right of what you want to freeze before using Freeze Panes.
