Steps to give access on Google Drive

Step 1: Right-click the file or folder in Google Drive, then select Share.
Step 2: In the sharing settings, change the access from Restricted to Anyone with the link.
Step 3: Click Copy link, then click Done.

Result: The file or folder will be accessible to anyone with the link, based on the permission level you set.

Tip: Use the dropdown next to the link settings to control access as Viewer, Commenter, or Editor.
