Steps to insert a checkbox in Excel 2016

• Step 1: Go to the top ribbon, right-click, and choose Customize the Ribbon.
• Step 2: Under the Main Tabs section, check the box next to Developer, then click OK.
• Step 3: Go to the Developer tab, click Insert, then under Form Controls, select Checkbox.
