Steps to insert signature in Word

• Step 1: Click on the Insert tab on the ribbon to open the menu of elements you can add to your document.
• Step 2: In the toolbar, click on Pictures to start the process of adding an image.
• Step 3: From the dropdown, select This Device (for inserting a signature image saved on your computer).
• Step 4: A file explorer window will appear. Choose the folder containing your signature image (e.g., Downloads > Signatures) and click Insert to add it into your document.

Tip: Once inserted, you can resize or reposition your signature as needed. Try setting the text wrapping to In Front of Text for easier control.
