Steps to insert a watermark in PowerPoint
- Step 1: Click View, then click Slide Master.
- Step 2: Choose the first slide and click Text Box.
- Step 3: Draw a text box on the slide and type your watermark text.
- Step 4: Select the entire text to adjust the size.
- Step 5: Click Shape Format, click Text Fill, and choose the color you want.
- Step 6: Click Rotate to adjust the text orientation, then click Send Backward and select Send to Back.
- Step 7: Click Slide Master, then click Close Master View.
Tip: Use a light color for the watermark to avoid distracting from the main content.
