Steps to make picture transparent in PowerPoint

Step 1: Click Insert and click on Pictures
Step 2: Select a picture and click Insert
Step 3: Right-click on the picture, in Send to Back, click Send to Back, then you can adjust the picture size

Tip: You can also use the Transparency tool in the Picture Format tab for more precise control.
