Steps to merge cells in Excel

• Step 1: Select the range of cells you want to merge.
• Step 2: Press Alt + H + M + M on your keyboard to merge the selected cells.
  How it works:
  • Alt activates the ribbon
  • H navigates to the Home tab
  • M opens the merge options
  • The second M selects Merge Cells

Result: The selected cells will be combined into a single larger cell without centering the content.

Tip: Use Alt + H + M + C to merge and center, or Alt + H + M + U to unmerge the cells.
