Steps to open Google Drive link on app

• Step 1: Tap the Google Drive link — it will automatically open in the Google Drive app for quick access.
• Step 2: To add a comment, tap the comment icon in the top right corner of the screen.
• Step 3: To manage access, tap the three-dot menu next to the file name, select Manage access, then choose Anyone with the link and set the desired permission level.

Result: The linked file will open directly in the Google Drive app, where you can comment and manage access settings as needed.

Tip: If the link opens in a browser instead, tap the Open in app option at the top of the screen.
