Steps to organize in Google Drive

• Step 1: Open Google Drive and click on a folder you want to organize.
• Step 2: Change the folder color by right-clicking it and choosing Change color, then click the star-shaped icon to mark it as important.
• Step 3: Right-click a file, select Move to, and choose Starred to quickly access it later.
• Step 4: Select a folder or location, then click the New folder icon if needed, and click the Move button to complete the transfer.
• Step 5: You can also drag a file to move it directly into a folder or subfolder for quicker organization.

Result: Your files and folders in Google Drive will be visually organized and easier to find using colors, stars, and folder structures.

Tip: Use the “Starred” and “Recent” sections in the sidebar to access your most important or latest files faster.
