Paste In Excel Visible Cells Only

Steps to paste in Excel visible cells only

Step 1: Select the range of cells you want to copy.
Step 2: Press Alt + H + F + D + S to open the Go To Special dialog, choose Visible cells only, then click OK.
Step 3: Press Ctrl + C to copy the selected visible cells.
Step 4: Move to the destination and press Ctrl + V to paste.

Result: Only the visible (non-hidden) cells will be copied and pasted, skipping any hidden rows or columns.

Tip: This is especially useful when working with filtered data or collapsed groups.
