Steps to recall an email in Gmail

• Step 1: Send an email, and a notification will appear on the left, which has Undo option. Click on it, and your mail is recalled. But default Gmail account only has 5 seconds to unsend messages.
• Step 2: To make it longer, click on Gear icon, choose See all settings.
• Step 3: On Undo Send section, set cancellation to 30 seconds. 
• Step 4: Scroll down to the end, click Save Changes, and you will have 30 seconds to recall your email.
