Step 1: Open your web browser and search for facebook recovery without email and phone number, then click on the title Recover your Facebook account.
Step 2: Tap on facebook.com/hacked, then click on My account is compromised. This option helps not only if your account has been hacked but also in other recovery cases.
Step 3: Enter your phone number or email. If you no longer have access to either, don’t worry—just type in your username, then click Continue. Next, select your account and click Recover.
Step 4: You’ll now need to verify your identity. Click Start, enter a new login email, and Facebook will send a code to that email. Enter the code, then confirm.
Step 5: Select the ID you have, upload a picture of your ID, and click Submit. Your recovery email should arrive within the next 48 hours. Once you receive it, select Reset Password, enter your new password, click Reset, and press Start. You can skip the rest.
Result: Your account will be recovered, and you’ll regain access using your new login credentials.
Tip: Use a secure, regularly updated email for Facebook so you can avoid delays in recovery next time.
