Steps to remove 2-step verification on Gmail

Step 1: Open your phone, go to Settings, scroll down, and stop at Google.
Step 2: Click on it, select Manage your Google Account.
Step 3: On new screen, swipe to the right, choose Security, then select 2-step verification, which is currently enabled on your account.
Step 4: Google will ask for your password, enter your password, then select Turn off, and Turn off again.

Result: 2-step verification has been removed from your account.
