Remove Formula In Excel

Steps to remove formulas in Excel

Step 1: Press Ctrl + A to select the entire sheet.
Step 2: Press Ctrl + C to copy the selected content.
Step 3: Press Ctrl + Alt + V to open the Paste Special dialog box.
Step 4: Select Values and click OK.

Result: All formulas will be replaced with their calculated values — the cells will no longer contain any formulas.

Tip: This method is useful when sharing data without revealing your underlying calculations.
