Steps to share calendar in Outlook

• Step 1: Open Outlook, then on the ribbon on the left side of your screen, select Calendar.
• Step 2: On the toolbar, choose Share calendar → select the calendar you want to share.
• Step 3: Enter the email address of the person you want to share with → choose the level of access you want to allow (e.g., Can view all details, Can edit) → select Share.

Result: Your selected calendar will be shared with the specified person, allowing them to view or manage it based on the permissions you granted.
