Steps to sync Google Drive with MacBook

• Step 1: Open Google Drive for desktop on your Mac, click the Drive icon in the menu bar, then choose Settings and select Preferences.
• Step 2: Click the Drive icon again and choose Add another account.
• Step 3: Sign in to the new Google account, then click OK to complete the setup.

Result: Google Drive will be synced with your Mac, allowing you to access and manage files directly from Finder with automatic updates.

Tip: You can adjust sync preferences later by returning to Settings and choosing between stream or mirror mode.
