Steps to upload zip file on google drive

Step 1: Click the New button in Google Drive, then select File upload.
Step 2: Choose the .zip file you want to upload from your device, then press Open.

Result: Your ZIP file will be successfully uploaded to Google Drive and appear in your file list, ready for download or sharing.

Tip: Google Drive doesn’t preview ZIP files, but you can still download and extract them anytime.
