View A Printer's Print Queue In Windows

Steps to view a printer's print queue in Windows

• Step 1: Click on Windows button, and go to Control Panel by searching for it on the search bar.
• Step 2: Click on Devices and Printers.
• Step 3: On Bluetooth and devices tab, scroll down and choose Printers and scanners.
• Step 4: Choose the printer you have connected with your computer.
• Step 5: Select Printing preferences.
• Step 6: Go to Maintenance, and click on Print Queue.

Result: The Print Queue window opens and displays a list of the pending print jobs waiting to print on the printer. If there are no items in the list, there are no pending print jobs waiting to print.
